- Assisting preparation of financial statement.
- Preparation of Company Tax Return and personal Tax return.
- Preparation of monthly and withholding Tax return.
- Review bills for applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and VDS (VAT Deducted at Source);
- Maintain accurate records of VAT and Tax deductions, deposits, and related documentation.
- As a withholding entity, confirm the issue of VDS Certificates (Mushak-6.6) after VAT is deducted at the source
- VAT/TAX payment by treasury challan and keeping all related VAT Register.
- Ensure timely submission of all types of VAT and Tax returns as per regulatory requirements.
- Prepare credit note (Mushak-6.7) and debit note (mushak-6.8) for adjustment.
- Prepare and maintain all required VAT registers and documents, including Mushak forms: 6.1, 6.2,6.3, 6.5, and 6.6.
- Prepare Input-Output Co-efficient (Mushak-4.3) commonly known as price declaration.
- Prepare monthly VAT and Tax payment requisitions and ensure timely deposits to the government treasury.
- Ensure adherence to VAT and Tax compliance requirements; conduct strategic planning and advise management on lawful cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure proper claim of allowable rebates.
- Ensure timely registration, renewal, and compliance of all relevant VAT and Tax licenses.
- Handle bank-related transactions and documentation relevant to VAT and Tax operations.
- Represent the company and handle VAT-TAX related Audits & hearings at the VAT Circle Offices, Deputy Commissioner of Taxes, and NBR.
