Trainee Merchandiser

FIBERTEX is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Merchandiser to join our team in Uttara, Dhaka.

📍 Location: Uttara, Dhaka

💼 Job Type: Full-time

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field

👨‍💼 Experience: Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the merchandising team with daily activities and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams.

• Follow up on sample development, approvals, and order progress.

• Maintain order status, records, and merchandising-related documents.

• Prepare and update reports and spreadsheets as required.

• Support the team in ensuring timely execution of customer requirements.

• Assist with other merchandising-related tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in merchandising.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
