Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with industrial customers to identify machine breakdown, automation and technical service requirements.
- Conduct outbound calls and WhatsApp follow-ups using company-provided scripts and guidelines.
- Communicate with factory owners, managers, maintenance and engineering personnel regarding machine breakdown, obsolete PLC/HMI/Drive/Controller and related requirements.
- Collect relevant machine and customer information and maintain lead/customer records.
- Coordinate identified technical requirements with the GreenTech Venture technical team.
- Conduct regular customer follow-up and support customer success, sales and business development activities.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the company based on business requirements.

- Education: bachelor of science in robotics engineering
