Job Description
We are looking for graduates from any field for a six-month paid traineeship.
You will work with different companies in our partner network, taking on real assignments across different areas of business. You will be expected to learn quickly, work independently and take responsibility for your work.
Your performance will be assessed throughout the traineeship.
A full-time position with a partner company may be offered after six months. Placement is not guaranteed and will depend on your performance and available positions.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in any field
- Good written and spoken English
- Basic computer skills
- Able to work independently and adapt to new work
Previous experience is an asset but not required.
Duration: 6 months
Location: Sitakunda
Compensation: Industry-standard intern salary
