- Coordinate day-to-day sourcing for fabric, yarn, elastics, lace, tapes, and other sewing & packing trims.
- Liaise with local and international suppliers to track orders, lead times, and delivery plans.
- Assist in vendor onboarding, price negotiations, and documentation review.
- Ensure timely submission of quality approvals and follow up on rejections or clarifications.
- Maintain trackers for price, MOQ, and supplier performance across key categories.
- Develop a curated collection in collaboration with the supplier, guided by the brand’s moodboards central design team trend direction.
- Based on price and quality evaluations across suppliers, create a Competitive Statement (CS) and declare a preferred supplier.
- Provide data and support for internal reviews, cost analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with sourcing, design, development, and merchandising teams to meet timelines.
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Education: bachelor of supply chain management
