- Perform repair and troubleshooting of pumps and motors, including maintenance, installation, and adjustment activities.
- Conduct machine inspections and carry out corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment remains in good working condition and ready for production at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and document mechanical service processes.
- Monitor the availability of spare parts and consumables, and coordinate replenishment as required.
- Check and record voltage, current, and insulation resistance values to ensure electrical systems operate within specified limits.
- Verify the proper operation of sensors, limit switches, and other control devices.
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot contactors, relays, circuit breakers, and associated electrical components.
- Ensure all electrical installations and maintenance activities comply with company safety procedures and electrical standards.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills while working with cross-functional teams.
- Any other special tasks assigned by the department manager & technical advisor.
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Education: diploma in electrical engineering
- Skills: mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, maintenance engineering, equipment maintenance, knowledge of maintenance procedures, maintenance and repair, equipment repair, technical knowledge of electrical systems, electro-mechanical troubleshooting, facilities maintenance
