- Counsel international students to facilitate admissions into international universities and colleges, including assisting with course changes both onshore and offshore.
- Enhance long-term student retention through proactive after-sales engagement and ongoing support.
- Develop content for marketing posts and participate in various marketing activities as required.
- Plan, execute, and monitor the company’s ongoing presence across social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and relevant social groups.
- Maintain comprehensive records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including inquiry notes, file notes, admission entries, offer letters, Confirmation of Enrolments (COEs), task lists, and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Achieve monthly targets and maintain a high conversion ratio in line with company objectives.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support business operations and objectives.
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
- Skills: student recruitment, international student advising, customer liason, client retention, customer support, student support, sales support, enrollment management
