Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end tourist visa applications for various countries.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa options.
- Prepare, review, and organize visa application documents.
- Guide clients regarding financial and supporting documents.
- Complete and submit visa applications accurately and within deadlines.
- Communicate with clients throughout the application process.
- Handle visa refusal cases and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of client files and applications.
- Ensure proper follow-up and coordination throughout the visa processing cycle.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Tourist Visa Processing.
- Strong knowledge of UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Schengen visa procedures.
- Strong communication and client-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with visa portals and online application systems will be an advantage.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, Preferred: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
