About Eco Travels

Eco Travels is a Bangladesh-based travel agency providing air ticketing, visa processing, and tour packages. We operate from our own office in Uttara and serve travellers across Bangladesh and abroad.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced tour package professionals to join our team. You will prepare itineraries and costings, handle client enquiries, coordinate with hotels and suppliers, and follow up until the booking is confirmed.

⚠️ Freshers, please do not apply. A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in tour packages is required. Applications without relevant experience and proof will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customised itineraries and package costings based on client needs
• Coordinate with hotels, transfer providers and overseas suppliers
• Handle client enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email, and follow up regularly
• Work with the ticketing and visa teams
• Meet monthly sales targets

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tour packages
• Proof of experience required: experience certificate or appointment letter, a sample itinerary or costing sheet you have prepared, and a reference

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Language - Mandatory

• Fluent in English and Bangla (spoken and written)

Skills

• Good knowledge of international and domestic tour packages
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
