- Manage toll collection operations efficiently.
- Collect and verify daily cash floats.
- Oversee weighing management to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower deployment.
- Create and update personnel, financial and operational records and databases.
- Prepare and submit reports, presentations and proposals as assigned.
- Coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Handle queries from managers and employees.
- Supervise Toll Collector (Toll Booth and Toll lane) and divide responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and performance.
- Experience: At least 2 years
