Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Time Management Masterclass Instructor at Kamrul Academy. The instructor will design and deliver structured online lessons on time management, productivity strategies, goal setting, and prioritization, tailored to learners at different stages of their careers. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing course curricula and learning materials, recording or hosting live sessions, creating assignments and practical exercises, and providing timely feedback to learners. The role involves engaging with students via discussion forums and Q&A sessions, monitoring learner progress, and updating course content to reflect best practices and emerging tools. The instructor will also collaborate with the academy team to refine course offerings, improve learner outcomes, and support marketing efforts through content contributions or occasional webinars.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in time management, personal productivity, goal setting, and prioritization, with the ability to translate concepts into practical, actionable lessons.
• Experience in curriculum design, online course creation, and instructional planning, preferably in an e-learning or adult education environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including clear written and spoken English suitable for diverse global audiences.
• Comfort with online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, learning management systems (LMS), and basic digital content creation.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners remotely, provide constructive feedback, and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple sessions, learner interactions, and content updates efficiently.
• Prior teaching, coaching, or training experience in productivity, professional development, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience in training and development.
