Reservation & Ticketing
- Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations and ticket issuance.
- Create, modify, retrieve, and manage PNRs accurately.
- Check flight availability, schedules, seat status, fare options, and applicable booking conditions.
- Prepare accurate fare quotations and itineraries for customers and corporate/B2B clients.
- Issue tickets within applicable Ticketing Time Limits (TTL).
- Process ticket reissue, revalidation, cancellation, refund, void, and no-show cases according to airline rules.
- Handle ancillary services, seat selection, baggage, meals, and EMD transactions where applicable.
- Monitor booking queues, ticketing deadlines, schedule changes, and airline notifications.
- Operate GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, and/or Galileo/Travelport.
- Use airline web portals and NDC platforms where required.
- Maintain accurate PNRs and follow proper GDS booking procedures.
- Ensure correct fare pricing, fare construction, taxes, commissions, and applicable service charges.
- Stay updated on airline schedules, routes, fare rules, promotional fares, and ticketing policies.
- Calculate applicable penalties, fare differences, taxes, and service charges for reissues.
- Process refunds and cancellations according to airline fare rules and company procedures.
- Handle involuntary changes, flight cancellations, schedule changes, and rerouting cases.
- Provide timely after-sales support to customers and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, GDS helpdesks, and suppliers to resolve complicated ticketing issues.
- Experience: 2-4 years
