Are you passionate about driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and building strong channel partnerships? Transcom Electronics Ltd. is looking for dynamic, results-driven professionals to join our team as Territory Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

✅ Drive sell-in and sell-out performance through dealer networks.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners.

✅ Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market coverage.

✅ Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product performance, and market trends.

✅ Ensure product availability, brand visibility, and display standards at dealer points.

✅ Plan and execute local promotional activities, product demonstrations, and dealer engagement programs.

✅ Analyze sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare sales forecasts and reports.

✅ Resolve dealer concerns and coordinate solutions for product and service-related issues.

Educational Qualification

🎓 Graduate in any discipline (Business-related background preferred) from a reputed university.

Experience & Skills

✔ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Dealer Management.

✔ Strong understanding of the Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances market.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

✔ Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and business opportunities.

✔ Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

✔ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
