- Achieve sales, dealer-network expansion, and KPI targets within the assigned territory.
- Drive monthly sales and growth targets in terms of value and quantity.
- Develop and strengthen distribution channels across retail, wholesale, dealers, and modern trade.
- Conduct market surveys to gather customer insights, demand trends, and buying patterns.
- Monitor and analyze competitor products, pricing, and market strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential market expansion areas.
- Ensure product availability and maintain optimal stock levels at dealer and distributor points.
- Coordinate timely product delivery to distributors and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Handle major customer complaints and ensure effective resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with product development teams by providing market insights and new product ideas.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
- Experience: 3+ years
