📌 Position

Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor/Honors/BBA with a major in Marketing from any reputed university.

• Masters/MBA will be an added advantage.

💼 Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a reputed FMCG company.

• Candidates with experience in Packaged Food and Beverage industries are strongly preferred.

👤 Additional Requirements

• Strong sales planning, execution and territory management skills

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

• Strong team leadership, supervision and communication skills

• Good command of MS Word and MS Excel

• Valid Driving License preferred

• Highly motivated, result-oriented and capable of working under pressure

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve territory-wise sales targets and ensure continuous business growth at minimum cost.

• Lead, guide, assist and supervise sales personnel to strengthen market coverage and maintain the company's competitive position.

• Identify and evaluate sales opportunities within the assigned territory and take appropriate initiatives to maximize business potential.

• Monitor and control the sales team in line with established KPIs, sales objectives and company policies.

• Ensure effective market execution, sales performance and achievement of assigned business objectives.
