The role is for driving Aqua feed sales through dealer management, market analysis, and customer engagement. It’s a field based job.
- Achieve Aqua feed sales and collect dealer status.
- Deliver & report daily sales information/forecast to respective supervisor/sales coordinator.
- Dealer development & improvement in dealer profiles.
- Identify Gap Market area & inform to the supervisor.
- Identify & map all farmers, dealers and ensure after sales service (dealer & farmer).
- Build up strong relationship with prime customer & handling customer feedback including feed.
- Give “FEEDBACK” to the supervisor about the present/future scenario of the market.
- Monthly feed performance report sends to HO.
- Marketing Activity SGM, Seminar with farmers, retailor meeting, Multimedia projector showing activity.
- Farm trial to be recorded & report need to be submitted to supervisor regularly for Aqua.
- Develop communication with logistics/ depot personnel for smooth dispatch.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Education: bachelor of science in fisheries
- Skills: sales support, sales management, sales administration, sales acumen, sales management coaching, technical sales, dealer operations, sales coordination, sales experience
