- Identify, track, and analyze government and private tender opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and tender participation patterns to identify business growth opportunities.
- Ensure proper execution of tender strategy, pricing, and bidding process in coordination with technical and finance teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government procurement officials, consultants, contractors, corporate clients, and dealers.
- Develop strong technical knowledge of cable products (power, control, and fiber optic cables), including specifications, applications, and compliance standards in the Bangladesh market.
- Drive business expansion by identifying new project and tender opportunities in public and private sectors.
- Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender documents.
- Ensure accurate documentation of quotations, tenders, contracts, approvals, and related sales records.
- Ensure timely bill submission, after-sales coordination, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and planning teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Prepare regular reports for management (HOD, DHOD, Monitoring Director) with sales performance, tender updates, and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and ethical business practices.
- Experience: 3-6 years
- Education: bachelor of science in electrical & electronic engineering (eee)
- Skills: competitive tendering, tendering, tender documentation, procurement processes, tender management, tender planning, bid specifications, government procurement, procurement
