প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ
- সরকারি ও বেসরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানের টেন্ডার সংক্রান্ত কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
- e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) পোর্টালে টেন্ডার অনুসন্ধান, ডকুমেন্ট প্রস্তুত এবং টেন্ডার সাবমিট করা।
- টেন্ডার সাবমিশনের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ও ডকুমেন্ট সংগ্রহ, যাচাই এবং নিয়মিত হালনাগাদ রাখা।
- টেন্ডারের প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র সংগ্রহ, যাচাই ও প্রস্তুত করা।
- টেন্ডার সাবমিশনের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় BoQ (Bill of Quantities) প্রস্তুত ও যাচাই করার বিষয়ে বাস্তব জ্ঞান থাকা।
- BoQ প্রস্তুতের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় Drawing, Specification, Quantity ও অন্যান্য তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও বিশ্লেষণ করার দক্ষতা থাকা।
- টেন্ডার ডকুমেন্ট অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে সঠিকভাবে Tender Schedule/BOQ প্রস্তুত ও পূরণ করা।
- মাসিক অগ্রগতি প্রতিবেদন ও টেন্ডার-সংক্রান্ত চেকলিস্ট প্রস্তুত ও সংরক্ষণ করা।
- টেন্ডার সংক্রান্ত বিভিন্ন ব্যক্তি, প্রতিষ্ঠান ও সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের সঙ্গে প্রয়োজনীয় যোগাযোগ ও কমিউনিকেশন করা।
- Experience:
- Education: diploma in engineering
