Job Context
A Tender Bidder is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and submitting competitive bids within deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Search and monitor tender notices from government and private organizations.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit tender/bid documents accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Accounts, and Technical teams.
- Collect and verify all required legal and company documents (Trade License, TIN, BIN/VAT, Bank Solvency, Experience Certificates, etc.).
- Prepare price quotations and cost sheets in coordination with management.
- Ensure compliance with tender rules, terms, and conditions.
- Maintain records of submitted bids, bid securities, and contract documents.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, tender openings, and respond to client queries when required.
- Follow up on bid evaluation results, contract awards, and performance guarantees.
- Experience: 2-6 years
- Education:
