Job Description
- ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা।
- কোম্পানির সার্ভিস ও প্রোডাক্ট সম্পর্কে ক্লায়েন্টকে বিস্তারিত জানানো।
- নতুন Lead-এর সাথে নিয়মিত Follow-up করা।
- ক্লায়েন্টের প্রয়োজন বুঝে উপযুক্ত সার্ভিস/প্যাকেজ প্রস্তাব করা।
- দৈনিক ও মাসিক Sales Target অর্জন করা।
- Sales Lead ও Customer Information নিয়মিত আপডেট করা।
- ফোনে কার্যকরভাবে Client Handling ও Negotiation করা।
- নিয়মিত Sales Report প্রদান করা এবং কোম্পানির SOP অনুসরণ করা।
Requirements
যোগ্যতা
- ন্যূনতম HSC / স্নাতক শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা।
- Tele Sales / Telesales / Call Center / Sales-এ অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
- ভালো Communication & Convincing Skill থাকতে হবে।
- বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে ভালো যোগাযোগের দক্ষতা।
- Sales Target অর্জনের মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
- আত্মবিশ্বাসী, পরিশ্রমী ও Team Player হতে হবে।
- Computer ও CRM ব্যবহারে প্রাথমিক ধারণা থাকলে ভালো।
