About The Role
You will lead a team of 20 telesales professionals across lead engagement, package counseling, appointment coordination, and patient reactivation. You will own the team`s monthly targets, the discipline of every shift, and the coaching that turns average performers into strong ones. You`ll report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for translating strategy into results on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the team`s monthly and daily sales targets — no ambiguity, no excuses
- Run daily morning huddles and end-of-shift reviews
- Coach every team member individually — weekly one-on-ones, real feedback, real improvement
- Track individual and team performance through CRM and dashboards
- Monitor WhatsApp response times, CRM data quality, and lead handling discipline
- Handle escalated or complex cases yourself when required
- Refine sales scripts and spread what`s working across the team
- Onboard and train new hires
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on lead quality and flow
- Report to the Sales Director — daily, weekly, and monthly
- Recommend hiring, promotion, and exit decisions based on data — not feelings
- Execute any additional responsibility assigned by management
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
