Advance Procurement and Supply Chain Limited is looking for a dynamic Telesales & Student Counselor to join our team in Dhaka. We are the premier approved study center for CIPS-UK and ASCM-US (APICS) , serving a global audience.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the voice of our organization. You will guide prospective students from overseas countries through their enrollment journey for internationally recognized supply chain qualifications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Consult & Convert: Counsel prospective students and onboard them into CIPS and ASCM courses.
• Global Communication: Engage with leads from overseas countries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
• Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
• CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate records of student communications and onboarding status.
• Target Achievement: Collaborate with the internal team to smash monthly onboarding targets.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you need to have excellent command of the English language and the confidence to handle international clients.

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Marketing/BBA preferred). English Medium background is a must.
• Experience: 2–4 years in sales, marketing, or student counseling.
• Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English, strong telecommunication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.
• Mindset: Target-driven, confident, professional, and comfortable dealing with international clients.
