Advance Procurement & Supply Chain Ltd. (Advance PSC) is looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Telesales & Sales Executive to join our in-house Sales Team.

Advance PSC is an Authorized Study Center of ASCM and an Approved Learning Partner / Study Centre of CIPS-UK, offering internationally recognized professional certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain and related fields.

The selected candidate will be responsible for lead follow-up, student counselling, sales conversion, and enrolment for ASCM and CIPS-UK certification programs.

Employment Type: Full-Time | In-House

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up with incoming leads

• Promote and sell ASCM and CIPS-UK professional certification programs

• Counsel prospective students and understand their educational and professional backgrounds

• Recommend suitable certification programs based on candidates' career goals

• Explain course details, fees, learning options, examination procedures and enrolment processes

• Follow up consistently through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels

• Convert leads into successful student enrolments

• Handle sales negotiations and objections professionally

• Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets

• Maintain accurate and updated lead sheets and follow-up records

• Build strong relationships with prospective students and professionals

• Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic and Admin teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. English medium background is a must.

• Previous experience in Telesales, Sales, Education Sales, Student Counselling, Admissions or Business Development is preferred

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are welcome to apply

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up abilities

• Confident and comfortable communicating with professionals over the phone

• Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated

• Good command of English and Bangla

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
