Compensation & Incentives

Basic Salary: BDT 8,000/month

Sales Incentive: BDT 2,000 per sale

No Cap on Incentives — Earn More as You Sell!

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with prospective students through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Explain CIPS and ASCM/APICS courses, eligibility, benefits, and enrollment options.

Convert leads into confirmed enrollments.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team growth.

Requirements

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Previous telesales, telemarketing, education sales, or customer service experience is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic digital tools.
