Job Description

Contact customers through inbound and outbound phone calls.

Explain products, offers, and ongoing campaigns.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Understand customer requirements, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up diligently to close sales.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Confirm customer orders accurately.

Maintain proper call records and update the CRM system.

Shift Schedule

Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Evening Shift: 3:45 PM – 10:30 PM

Requirements

HSC, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree (Running or Completed).

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telesales, Call Center, Customer Service, or Telemarketing.

Strong communication skills in Bangla.

Basic computer knowledge and Bangla & English typing skills.

Positive attitude with excellent customer handling abilities.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
