Telesales Executive

Note: Do not apply if you are not Great at Tele Sales and Appointment Setting (USA Based, 100% Fluent English with USA Accent).

Office time: 9pm to 5am (Night Shift)

Workplace: 100% On-site (Nikunja-2)

Salary: BDT 20,000 - BDT 22,000 (BDT 3,000 commission in each sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Make Outbound Calls: Reach out during night shift hours to a diverse range of USA prospects, including eCommerce brands, small businesses, and contractors (plumbers, roofers, HVAC, etc.).
• Pitch Core Services: Clearly present our digital solutions, including Website Design & Development, Virtual Assistant Services, and Social Media Marketing.
• Highlight Specialized Solutions: Introduce high-value offerings like Facebook & Google Ads Management, Media Buying, Virtual Assistant Services, Motion Graphics, Lead Generation, Customer Support, and Social Media Management.
• Manage Follow-Ups: Keep track of leads, schedule timely call-backs, and nurture interested prospects through the pipeline.
• Log Daily Activity: Maintain clean and accurate records of all calls, prospect feedback, and appointment statuses in our CRM.
• Hit Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals while working from the office.

What We Are Looking For:

• Excellent communication and spoken English skills.
• Confident on the phone with a friendly, persuasive attitude.
• Willingness and ability to work a night shift from our office.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting is a plus.
• Minimum Hon's/A Levels (English Medium Preferable)
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
• Able to learn new skills.
