Role Description The Telemarketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Badda Thana. This position is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introducing products or services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. Daily tasks include following call scripts, recording call outcomes in the CRM system, responding to customer inquiries, and providing accurate information in a professional manner. The Telemarketing Specialist will work closely with sales and customer service teams to schedule follow-ups, support campaigns, and meet individual and team performance targets. The role also involves maintaining a high standard of customer care, adhering to company policies, and participating in regular training to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and convey information effectively.
• Experience in lead generation and sales, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting sales conversions.
• Background in customer service and customer support, with a focus on resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call center software.
• Ability to work on-site in Badda Thana and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under supervision and meet call and performance targets.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, call center operations, or a similar role is an advantage but not strictly required.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
