Telemarketing Representative

Vacancy- 1 (USA-Night-shift)

We are looking for a skilled individual who can work as a Telemarketing agent in the USA. 

Responsibilities

• Dial new and warm leads and set appointments with clients.
• Proper disposition, note, follow-up, and reporting at the end of the day of work.
• Attending interviews for new client acquisition over marketplaces
• Attending training and skill development sessions for business development
• Ready to work independently with a US business on behalf of the team.
• Need to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of business and client personal data.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be able to speak with USA customers.
• Must have Telemarketing Experience in the USA or Canadian market. (Minimum  3 months)
• If you apply as a 2nd Job, make sure you can work from 12 am- 5 am,
• Work hours are between 10 pm and 5 am, Monday to Friday. Need to be available within this time frame
• Quiet place, Laptop or Desktop, headphones with noise-cancelling mic.
• Ready to work on Bangladesh holidays and extended hours.

Payments

• Hourly Rate payment plan. (Negotiable)
• 20 working days of training and Probation. (No payment) 

Payment hours will start tracking as soon as you finish the training.

• Overtime Allowed and Weekend Payment.

Special Instruction

• Only 2 no-shows are allowed per month. After 2 no-shows, Possible termination without payout.
