- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through telephone calls.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to convert them into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and support customer retention.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about products or services.
- Handle objections and resolve basic customer concerns professionally.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, leads, and sales activities in CRM or other systems.
- Schedule appointments or arrange meetings for the sales team when required.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, conversions, and sales performance.
- Follow company policies, scripts, and applicable telemarketing regulations.
- Experience: 1-2 years
