Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming enquiries.
- Introduce and promote university and college courses.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests and career goals.
- Persuade and motivate prospective students to proceed with their applications.
- Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp and other communication platforms.
- Convert enquiries and leads into successful student applications.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing students.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales and recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth application processing.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Provide professional customer service and build positive relationships with students.
- Experience: 0 to 1 years
- Education: Higher Secondary , Diploma, Bachelor/Honors
- Skills: Customer service, Telesales, Communication
