Tele Marketing Executive (Female)

Chitra Trading International is looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Tele Marketing Executive to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Plastic Granules and Textile Chemical products through telephone communication. This is a fully office-based role involving customer communication, lead generation, product promotion, follow-up, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Make regular outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Introduce and promote Plastic Granules and Textile Chemical products.
• Explain product features, benefits, specifications, and pricing.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling and telemarketing.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Convert qualified leads into potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and telemarketing targets.
• Perform all telemarketing and product-promotion activities from the office.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum HSC qualification.
• Candidates with Honours/Bachelor's degrees are also encouraged to apply.
• Educational qualifications may be negotiable based on the candidate's overall profile, communication skills, and suitability for the position.

Experience

• Up to 1 year of relevant experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Sales, Customer Service, or related fields is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

Additional Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in a 100% office-based environment.
• Product knowledge and necessary training/guidance will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: (BDT 10000 To 11000) Negotiable, based on experience and suitability.
