Role Description The Techno Cattle Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kishorganj. This position is responsible for promoting and selling cattle feed and related solutions to farmers, dealers, and commercial producers, with a strong focus on technical guidance and customer relationship management. Day-to-day tasks include visiting farms and markets, understanding customer needs, providing product recommendations based on cattle nutrition requirements, and conducting basic on-farm assessments. The role also involves achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, organizing demonstrations or farmer meetings, and collecting market feedback to support product and strategy improvements. The Techno Cattle Sales Executive will collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams, prepare regular sales reports, and ensure high standards of service and support in the assigned territory.
Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of cattle nutrition, feed composition, and basic animal health, with the ability to translate technical information into practical guidance for customers.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, including experience in field sales, lead generation, and target achievement in agro, livestock, or related industries.
• Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, maintain long-term partnerships, and provide after-sales support to farmers and dealers.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in relevant local languages and English, with clear, professional verbal and written communication.
• Good organizational and time management skills, including route planning, visit scheduling, and documentation of sales activities.
• Proficiency in basic computer and mobile tools (e.g., MS Office, email, sales reporting applications) for maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or a related field; relevant experience in cattle feed or livestock sales is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kishorganj and nearby areas, work in field conditions, and adapt to seasonal demands in the livestock sector.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory business practices.
