- Prepare, modify, and maintain CAD patterns, grading, and marker planning (Manual & Software).
- Provide technical support throughout the suit production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Monitor production activities and resolve technical issues to achieve production targets.
- Analyze garment construction and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and productivity.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, and Industrial Engineering teams for smooth workflow.
- Independently manage European buyer/client requirements from order inquiry through production.
- Develop new samples and coordinate technical presentations as required.
- Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, quality standards, and production deadlines.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: technical knowledge of garment production, garment industry knowledge, garment production, garment manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, garment construction, pattern making, knit garment manufacturing, knit garment production
