Role Description This full-time Technician role is hybrid, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technician will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring that devices, networks, and related equipment operate efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing routine maintenance, updating systems, and documenting work performed. The role involves responding to service requests, supporting users in-person and remotely, and coordinating with team members to resolve complex problems. The Technician will follow established procedures, adhere to safety and quality standards, and contribute to improving technical processes.

Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain computers, peripheral devices, and common operating systems.
• Competence in using diagnostic tools, following technical documentation, and maintaining accurate service records.
• Effective communication skills to support users, explain technical issues clearly, and collaborate with team members.
