General Job Description: 

Technical Support for customers from all over the world through e-mail, online chat, and live phone calls at the designated office.

Additional tasks involve tutorial/demo video production and editing, technical document editing, and writing.

Working hours: 

40 working hours a week.

8 working hours plus 1 break hour per day (9 hours) for each shift.

Staff weekly rotation joining different shifts (3):

Day:

Shift 1:

Mon to Fri

07:00 AM ~ 04:00 PM

Night:

Shift 2:

Mon to Fri

01:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Shift 3:

Mon to Fri

10:00 PM to 07:00 AM

*might be adjusted due to daylight saving time in the US

Job location: 

Near the intersection between sectors 7, 8, and 9 in Uttara, Dhaka

Onsite office job for all shifts, no remote.

Benefits: 

• Full-time contracted worker.  
• Paid vacation in accordance with Taiwan official/local holidays and Festivals during daytime shift and 

night time with US official/local holidays with some exceptions with HQ's holidays schedule. (same as the Company’s working calendar) 

• An additional 3 days of paid leave will be provided each year for Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha festivals. 
• 10 days of paid personal leave 
• 14 days of paid sick leave within a year (doctor's note required)
• During the service period, a one-month bonus will be granted for each Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha festival after working for a year.
• Triple hourly rate for working on Eid day.

Probation period:

3 months probation period with monthly salary discussed during the interview

প্রতি সপ্তাহে ৪০ কর্মঘণ্টা।

প্রতিদিন ৮ কর্মঘণ্টা + ১ ঘণ্টা বিরতি (মোট ৯ ঘণ্টা)।

কর্মীদের প্রতি সপ্তাহে তিনটি ভিন্ন শিফটে পর্যায়ক্রমে কাজ করতে হবে।

দিনের শিফট:

সোমবার থেকে শুক্রবার, সকাল ০৭:০০ টা থেকে বিকাল ০৪:০০ টা পর্যন্ত

রাতের শিফট:

সোমবার থেকে শুক্রবার

শিফট ১: দুপুর ০১:০০ টা থেকে রাত ১০:০০ টা

শিফট ২: রাত ১০:০০ টা থেকে সকাল ০৭:০০ টা

*যুক্তরাষ্ট্রে ডেলাইট সেভিং সময় পরিবর্তনের কারণে সময়সূচি সামঞ্জস্য হতে পারে।

চাকরির স্থান:

উত্তরা, ঢাকা, সেক্টর ৭, ৮ এবং ৯ এর সংযোগস্থলের নিকটবর্তী।

সকল শিফটের জন্য অফিসে উপস্থিত থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক, রিমোট কাজের সুযোগ নেই।

সুবিধাসমূহ:

তাইওয়ানের সরকারি/স্থানীয় ছুটি এবং উৎসবকালে দিনের শিফটে এবং যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের সরকারি/স্থানীয় ছুটি অনুযায়ী রাতের শিফটে বেতনসহ ছুটি। (কোম্পানির কাজের ক্যালেন্ডার অনুযায়ী)

প্রতি বছর ঈদুল ফিতর এবং ঈদুল আজহার জন্য অতিরিক্ত ৩ দিনের বেতনসহ ছুটি প্রদান করা হবে।

১০ দিনের বেতনসহ ব্যক্তিগত ছুটি।

প্রতি বছরে ১৪ দিনের বেতনসহ অসুস্থতার ছুটি (ডাক্তারের প্রেসক্রিপশন প্রয়োজন)।

এক বছর কাজ করার পর, প্রতিটি ঈদুল ফিতর এবং ঈদুল আজহার জন্য এক মাসের বোনাস প্রদান করা হবে।

ঈদের দিনে কাজ করলে প্রতি ঘণ্টার জন্য তিনগুণ বেতন।

প্রবেশন পিরিয়ড:

৩ মাসের প্রবেশন পিরিয়ড, বেতন সাক্ষাৎকারের সময় আলোচনা করা হবে।

অন্যান্য নোট:

কোনো পরিবহন সুবিধা নেই।

কোনো প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড নেই।

কোনো স্বাস্থ্যবীমা নেই।

প্রতি শিফটের জন্য অফিস থেকে খাবার প্রদান করা হবে।

·       DVR/NVR/VMS সফটওয়্যারের সাথে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা।

·       অ্যাক্সেস কন্ট্রোল সিস্টেমের সাথে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা।
