🔹 Position: Support Engineer

🔹 Location: Moulvibazar

🔹 Employment Type: Full-time

✅ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer connectivity issues

✅ Configure and maintain routers, switches, Wi-Fi devices, and networking equipment

✅ Monitor network performance and ensure service quality

✅ Coordinate with NOC and field teams for issue resolution

✅ Maintain support records and ensure timely customer service

✔ BSc in CSE, EEE, ICT, or a related field

✔ Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, FTTx and Wireless Networking

✔ Familiarity with MikroTik/Cisco networking devices will be an advantage

✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✔ Willingness to work in the field when required
