Role Description The Technical Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. This role involves providing day-to-day technical support to internal teams and external clients, diagnosing issues, and performing troubleshooting on hardware, software, or network systems as required. The Technical Service Engineer will respond to service requests, document issues and resolutions, and escalate complex problems when necessary. The role also includes monitoring system performance, assisting in implementing technical solutions, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders about status, risks, and timelines. Collaboration with other engineering and operations staff to improve processes, enhance service quality, and ensure timely resolution of technical problems is an integral part of this position.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Technical Services and Technical Support skills to manage and resolve a variety of service-related issues.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in technical service or support engineering roles, preferably within a corporate or service-oriented environment.
• Working knowledge of common hardware, software, and networking concepts; industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) are an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently on-site in Dhaka, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
