Employment Model: The selected candidate will be engaged by company as Independent Consultant for an initial period of 1 year, with a strong possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.

Reporting Manager: Vice President – PMO

Work Location: The selected consultant will be deployed at one of company's telecom customer locations in Bangladesh.

Compensation: Approximately USD 2,000 per month.

Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with hands-on experience delivering Telecom IT/BSS projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding, project delivery expertise, customer-facing communication skills, and stakeholder management capabilities. The role requires close coordination with customers, internal delivery teams, and technology partners to ensure successful execution of Telecom BSS implementation and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Telecom IT/BSS implementation and transformation projects.
• Coordinate technical teams across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and project delivery teams.
• Drive stakeholder communication and governance meetings.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Support project planning, change management, and delivery governance.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
