The role is responsible for defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring successful delivery of technology products that meet business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery.
- Identify business opportunities and translate them into product requirements.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
- Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with software development, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies.
- Ensure timely delivery of product releases and feature enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Communicate product updates, timelines, and risks to management.
- Align business goals with technical feasibility and resource availability.
- Understand software architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Evaluate technical solutions and provide product direction to engineering teams.
- Support integration planning and system optimization initiatives.
- Monitor product performance, scalability, and security requirements.
- Define product KPIs and success metrics.
- Analyze product usage data and customer feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and product adoption rates.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years
