- Support daily production activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production targets, productivity, quality, and machine performance.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Identify production issues and help find practical solutions.
- Support process improvement, 5S, Kaizen, and other improvement initiatives.
- Prepare basic production reports and follow safety and company procedures.
- Take on other technical and production-related tasks as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/MME.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership potential.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.
