Responsible for leading technical support, product application, presales engineering, installation guidance, troubleshooting, EPC Certifications and after-sales service for Marsriva’s energy and power solutions in the Bangladesh market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and consultation for Solar Inverters, Hybrid/Off-Grid Inverters, LiFePO4 Batteries, Energy Storage Systems, UPS, DC UPS, SOHO Inverters and Portable Power Stations.

• Support distributor, dealers, EPC, system integrators, installers, sales teams, and end customers with product selection, system configuration, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

• Handle presales technical support, including load calculation, battery sizing, inverter selection, system design, application recommendations, and technical proposal preparation.

• Conduct product training, technical workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and installation training for channel partners and internal teams.

• Coordinate with the Marsriva HQ R&D, Product, Quality and After-Sales teams to resolve technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers and partners.

• Manage and analyze RMA and technical complaints, identify recurring product issues, and provide detailed technical feedback to HQ for product and quality improvement.

• Prepare technical documentation, troubleshooting guidelines, installation procedures, FAQs, product comparison sheets, and application notes for the Bangladesh market.

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for residential, commercial, networking, backup power, solar, and energy storage applications.

• Monitor market feedback, competitor products, installation practices, and emerging technical requirements to support Marsriva’s product development and market strategy.

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to convert technical requirements into practical and commercially viable energy solutions.

• Maintain strong relationships with distributor, service centers, installers, EPC companies, system integrators, and key customers.
