Job Description
MDS is looking for a Tech Support Analyst to join our team and help manage technical support cases, troubleshoot web applications and integrations, coordinate escalations, and improve overall support processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve technical support cases.
- Diagnose issues related to web applications, integrations, APIs, and connected systems.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other teams on complex technical escalations.
- Analyze recurring issues and identify opportunities to improve support processes.
- Use data, reporting, and AI-enabled tools to improve ticket triage, resolution time, and support efficiency.
- Develop and maintain reports/dashboards to identify trends and recurring technical issues.
- Help automate repetitive support activities and improve overall customer support operations.
- Experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Production Support, or a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience supporting web applications and integrations.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation for technical support or process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
