The Objective

We are looking for a Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thinks fast, codes efficiently, and understands how to architect a complete project from the ground up. This role requires a highly flexible mindset and taking over existing technical responsibilities. You wil not only conceptualize and build custom websites and bespoke CRMs, but you wil also take fu l ownership of maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading our existing custom WordPress plugins and legacy systems. You must be a high-velocity problem solver who leverages AI assistants and advanced development environments to multiply your output and eliminate bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom WordPress Plugin Development & Maintenance: Build robust, custom plugins from scratch and take ful ownership of our existing projects—debugging, fixing legacy code, deploying updates, and ensuring long-term stability.
• Custom Platform & CRM Architecture: Lead the end-to-end development of custom websites and bespoke CRM systems. You must be able to design the database, map the system architecture, and execute the full-stack build.
• High-Velocity Execution: Translate requirements into scalable solutions rapidly. We expect fast thinking and agile execution to troubleshoot issues and deploy fixes without compromising code quality or security.
• Advanced Tooling Integration: Utilize advanced IDEs (VS Code, Google Anti-gravity IDE) and AI models (Claude, Gemini) daily to write, debug, and optimize code at a senior level.
• Holistic Project Ownership: Take a bird’s-eye view of projects. Anticipate integration issues, plan the infrastructure, and ensure seamless data flow between front-end interfaces and back-end systems.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Mindset

• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. We highly value execution speed, architectural capability, and real-world skills over paper degrees.
• Experience: 3+ years of high-level full-stack experience (Strong PHP, MySQL, Modern JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Deep WordPress Expertise: Proven ability to build, fix, and scale custom WordPress plugins without relying on page builders, moving into core PHP/API integrations.
• Architectural Vision: Proven ability to look at a blank slate and architect a ful custom website or CRM workflow securely and efficiently.
• Mandatory Tooling Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in modern development environments (e.g., VS Code, Google Anti-gravity IDE) and heavy reliance on AI tools for rapid deployment.
• Speed & Flexibility: A highly adaptable mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable shifting gears between fixing a critical plugin bug, architecting custom PHP applications, and REST API integrations.
• Leadership Ready: Capable of making confident technical decisions, guiding junior members, and acting as the technical anchor of the team.
