Team Member, Senior Team Member
Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders and ensure prompt, accurate service.
- Serve bakery products, beverages, and coffee.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Arrange and replenish product displays.
- Assist in inventory and stock management.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cake writing or basic cake decoration.
- Experience in coffee making/barista operations (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and teamwork.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements

Educational Requirements
- Minimum SSC/HSC.
- Diploma or Bachelor's running students are encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in cafés, bakeries, restaurants, or QSRs will be given preference.
- Experienced candidates may be considered for the Senior Team Member position.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cake writing or basic cake decoration.
