Education Hub Limited, an award-winning multinational higher education consultancy provider company in Bangladesh is looking for some experienced, well-connected and organized Team Leader/Sr. Student Counselor/Student Counsellor (UK & Australia) to join its Dhanmondi Branch and take the company to the next level! Education Hub supports future leaders from Bangladesh in their quest to study at the best global institutes. Our team guide students at every step of the way - From choosing the right university to helping with student application, interview preparation visa application to post departure support. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily calls, identify potential students, explain and enroll new students for Education Hub Limited.
2. Meet goals and targets by intake and assigned destination.
3. Responsible for counselling about studying abroad including admission and visa requirements, Costing, etc. 
4. Build strong client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
5. Provide counselling to prospective students face to face as well as through other media such as Phone, social media etc.
6. Provide reporting Daily, Weekly, monthly, and yearly on all operational activities.
7. Assist the senior management teams with management reports and special projects.
8. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
9. Any other task assigned by supervisor or management. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Master's degree is preferred.
• English medium back-ground will get preference.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in same industry.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strategic-minded and sales-driven, with a strong drive for results.
• Fresh graduates from any reputed University are encouraged for Junior Counsellor position.

Essential Skills

• Computer skills including, Word, Excel
• Fluent in English - written and verbal
• Strong communication skills

Salary: Industry Standard (Negotiable)
