Job Description
- Lead and supervise the outlet team during assigned shifts.
- Allocate duties and ensure adequate manpower coverage throughout the shift.
- Ensure smooth opening, operation, and closing of the outlet.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure all products are prepared and served according to company quality standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and workplace discipline.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage, shortages, and product variance.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily sales-related activities accurately.
- Monitor sales performance and support the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper implementation of promotional campaigns and company initiatives.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate management instructions to team members.
- Identify operational issues and take immediate corrective action where necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the outlet throughout the shift.
- Prepare and maintain required shift reports, checklists, and operational records.
- Coordinate with the Outlet Manager and other departments regarding operational requirements.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, and management instructions are properly followed.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum HSC/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Preferably 2–3 years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or retail operations.
- Previous supervisory/team-leading experience will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of customer service, outlet operations, and basic cash/POS handling.
