Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teaching Assistant role based in Dhaka. The Teaching Assistant will support classroom teachers by helping prepare lesson materials, organizing learning resources, and assisting with instruction during classes. Daily responsibilities include guiding students with classwork, providing extra support to learners who need it, and helping maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment. The role also involves monitoring student participation, supporting homework and revision activities, and communicating observations to the lead teacher. The Teaching Assistant will collaborate with staff to contribute to school events and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Assistant Teaching skills to support lesson delivery, classroom activities, and teacher-led instruction.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with students, teachers, and families.
• Candidates should possess an Education background or training, with an understanding of classroom practices and student development.
• Candidates should possess Mathematics skills to assist with math lessons, homework, and student assessments.
• Candidates should possess experience Working With Children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and the ability to manage groups of learners.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include a relevant diploma or degree, experience in a school or madrasa setting, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
