Job Description

We are inviting applications from passionate and qualified individuals for the following position:
1. Pure Mathematics – Primary & Secondary Section
2. Bangla – Primary & Secondary Section
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging lessons Bangla/ Pure mathematics for students in an Bangla/ English Spoken environment.
2. Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the school curriculum.
3. Actively contribute to curriculum development and creative teaching methods.
4. Foster a meaningful and interactive learning environment for students.
5. Provide regular academic feedback and performance updates to school administration.
6. Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and fellow educators.
7. Support school activities and programs under the guidance of the Principal/Senior Teachers.
8. Assist with academic tasks including exam invigilation, event coordination, and parent meetings.
9. Conduct online classes when necessary, using Zoom, Google Meet, or other digital platforms.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree (minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00) from a recognized public or reputed private university.
Experience Requirements:
1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience in English Medium schools.
3. Candidates with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 will have added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
1. Age between 24 to 40 years.
2. Excellent command of English with strong vocabulary and grammar skills.
3. Attention to detail with strong editing and proofreading capabilities.
4. Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
