- Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the IGCSE/O Level and A Level curriculum.
- Ensure timely and effective completion of the prescribed syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, quizzes, and examination papers.
- Regularly assess students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify students’ learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, grades, and students’ progress.
- Conduct practical/laboratory activities where applicable and ensure proper safety procedures.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students’ academic progress and performance.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, departmental meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the academic team to improve teaching and learning practices.
- Use appropriate digital tools and technology to enhance classroom learning
- Perform other academic duties assigned by the school management.
- Experience: 4-6 years
