- Prepare daily lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, activities, and assessments.
- Create a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment that encourages active learning.
- Use creative teaching methods, educational games, activities, and technology to make learning enjoyable.
- Monitor and assess students’ learning progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support and guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, grades, and students’ progress.
- Manage classroom discipline effectively while maintaining a child-friendly learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students’ progress, behavior, and development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, training sessions, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and the academic team to ensure effective lesson delivery and student development.
- Ensure proper implementation of the school’s academic policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Prepare students for class tests, examinations, presentations, projects, and other academic activities.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the school management.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: bachelor of science (b.sc.)
